Located in the heart of Arradon but in a very quiet cul-de-sac, this former dance studio completely renovated in 2021 can accommodate 10 people. Original parquet flooring, dance bars and mirrors will immerse you in the history of this renovated place for your comfort. By the fireplace in winter and around the pool in summer (heated from JUNE to SEPTEMBER), you will enjoy its modern comfort for your stay with family or friends in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. The space The Arabesque retains the warmth of the original dance studio while adding a contemporary loft-style touch. It has a living room of more than 70 m2 with high ceilings ideal for moments of conviviality with family or friends. The ground floor also includes two bedrooms, the first with a 140 x 200 bed with its own water area (shower tub and sink), the second accommodating 2 80 x 200 beds that can form a large bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. The floor overlooking the living room accommodates two other bedrooms and a shower room with toilet, the first with two bunk beds and a single pull-out bed that can be converted into a 180 x 200 double bed, the second with a 160 x 200 bed. All bedrooms are equipped with windows opening to the outside and have roller shutters. The garden at the back hosts an 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with a staircase facilitating access, a progressive depth and a ledge all around ideal for children. The pool is heated from JUNE to SEPTEMBER and is equipped with an alarm to ensure safety. A large wooden terrace at the foot of an olive tree allows you to spend moments of conviviality around the barbecue and the pool. The location is ideal in the center of Arradon: - 150 m from the market square (2 markets per week all year round) with its shops, restaurants and summer entertainment, - 1 km from Kerbilouet beach (the nearest) and the coastal path, - 1.5 km from the marina, the sailing school and the remarkable site of the Pointe d'Arradon, - 15 minutes from the historic center of Vannes and the TGV train station, - in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, ideal for discovering its many islands including the Île aux Moines (pier 15 minutes away) as well as the peninsula of Rhuys, Quiberon, Carnac, Belle-Île... To do without a car during your stay, a bus stop in the Vannes area is located 150 m away on the church square. We can establish a contract and invoice if you'd like to book via another method. An uncashed deposit check of €1,000 will be requested upon arrival. Other things to note The bedding is new and of quality, equipped with duvets and pillows. Linens and towels are provided. Equipped with fiber optic, the accommodation can also accommodate remote working. Please let us know. A Nespresso machine is available but also another traditional coffee maker.
