Guest access You have access to the whole condo and the storage closet across the hall where the beach equipment is located. The lobby of the building is currently undergoing renovations due to Hurricane Ian. All elevators and laundry areas are open. The community pool is currently closed due to damage from Hurricane Ian. The pool is scheduled to reopen by November 2023. Other things to note Guests will need to complete an application for the condominium association and be approved prior to arrival.
