Newly renovated 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of Tavira! The space Our home is set over three floors and is perfectly suited to people that want to enjoy the local cuisine and night life, that this historic, yet very modern town has to offer. On entering the house, you walk into the open plan lounge and kitchen area. This has all of the appliances that you will need to cook some of the local fresh fish available at the nearby fish market, just minutes walk away. On the second floor, you have a double and a twin bedroom and they'll share the family bathroom next door. Then going up to the second floor you have an loft style bedroom with ensuite bathroom. ➤ We want to be transparent and give you a heads-up about a construction project next door. Work usually takes place Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, during which you may experience some noise disturbances. While these are the typical hours, please note that we cannot fully guarantee there will be no activity outside this schedule.
