The Room Maria Moisés presents its guests with a concept of rural tourism of excellence, combining the highest standards of taste and comfort with a deep and refreshing interconnection with nature, all while offering the added convenience of a private entrance. Each room also includes a kettle, a fridge, and ironing equipment, should you need it. The bedroom has a double bed complete with hotel-quality bed linen for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you need to freshen up, such as a hairdryer and a shower cap. Clean towels will also be provided for your convenience. There is also a terrace equipped with seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views. Pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay at this property. The room is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate and has an additional cost of 18 euros per person, per night. Breakfast must be ordered at reception upon check-in. You will have access to the tennis court and football pitch on request at reception. Guest access Guests have access to the living and dining room as well as to the surrounded area (16ha). During your stay I live nearby and will help whenever possible, there is also a 24/7 concierge service that provides assistance at any time of the day. Other things to note This property is with personal check-in, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Check-in will be done at the reception until 10 PM. However, we do allow check-ins until 24:00 upon request and subject to approval. The check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
