The space On the ground floor there is an open space living room with a fireplace, kitchen, dining space and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the other one with two single beds) and a third room with a sofa bed, which can be used as an office, family sitting room or children playroom. There is also a shower and a toilet on this floor. The courtyard is 35sq.m., has a dining area, a grill and a parking space.
