The space Paolo and Carlotta's Home is a charming apartment on the second floor of an early 1900s building, accessible via 44 comfortable steps. Quiet and bright, it features spacious parquet-floored rooms surrounding a central living area with colorful walls, a writing desk, and a large flat-screen TV. Accommodating up to 7 guests, the apartment includes a cozy living room with a sofa bed and two double or twin-bedded rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen offers a gas cooker, double sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. From here, you can step onto a small terrace with a washing machine, the only designated smoking area, as the rest of the apartment is strictly non-smoking. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the central living room, two bedrooms with private bathrooms, the kitchen, and a small terrace. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony. With advance notice, it is possible to arrange an early or late check-in to suit the guest's schedule.
