Tennis courts are close by, there are parks for the children including a picturesque duckpond which is just five houses away. Close to bus and train station. The house is well located for everything you need. A ten minute drive will take you to Yanchep national park where you can see Koalas, visit adjacent golf course and watch all kinds of Australian wildlife, Kangaroos and Emus roam freely through the course. If you fancy wine tasting the Swan vally has many wineries to visit or take a boat trip on the Swan river. Joondalup Resort [is an award winning golf resort] close by where you can play golf or visit their local pub The Kangaroo Arms. You can take a river cruise down the Swan River, visit the wineries on the way and enjoy wine tasting. There are many wineries in the Swan Valley. Take the Ferry and visit Rottnest Island for the day and see our Quokkas. If you would like to see Kangaroos and Koalas, Yanchep National Park is a ten minute drive,where you can see many forms of Australian wildlife.
