There is also access to a unique shared pool, open from April 1st to September 30th, offering the chance to unwind in the sun. Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views from this peaceful outdoor area, ideal for fun times with family and friends. Living areas : The bungalow offers bright and airy common areas, including a modern living room with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher and microwave. The dining area next to the kitchen is cozy and inviting for family meals. Bedrooms and Bathrooms : - 1 bedroom with double bed. - 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds. - 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower and toilet, 1 with shower. - Also includes a baby cot. Nearby attractions: Fréjus is a town rich in history and activities. A few minutes' walk will take you to sandy beaches and the Fréjus port where you can enjoy various water activities. The nearby Aqualand water park is perfect for a fun family day out. Don't miss visiting the famous Fréjus amphitheatre and the Base Nature François Léotard for nature walks. Access : The bungalow is just a short drive from Fréjus, where you can explore the stunning coastline. It takes only 40 minutes by car from Nice Airport. Good public transport is available, making it easy to access all attractions in the area. Additional information : • Deposit of 500 euros for the mobile home and another 80 euros for cleaning, to be sent 2 weeks before arrival. • A contract will be made one month before arrival. • Furnished terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture. • Shared swimming pool (open from 01/04 to 30/09) and bicycles available. • Additional fees for access to campsite facilities (Fun Pass) and a tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night upon arrival.
