The village VÝCHODNÁ (*V) is an amazing place under High Tatras, a very good starting point for sightseeing, mountain and cycling tours. It is located in the middle between the towns of LIPTOVSKÝ MIKULÁŠ (from V. 25 km) and POPRAD (from V. 30 km). The village has almost the largest land area in Slovakia (19,350 ha) and the land area also includes the SYMBOL OF SLOVAKIA KRIVÁŇ (2,494 m above sea level), after which the accommodation is named. The entire cozy cottage is just for YOU, very spacious with 120 m2, its own entrance: 4 BEDROOMS with TV, COMMON ROOM with kitchen and ANDROID TV, INFRAREDSAUNA. It is opened all year round with a total CAPACITY of 13 people, of which 1 is extra bed. There is WIFI connection throughout the cottage. My house offers MASSAGES as well. It is also equipped with LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine and dryer. GARDEN EQUIPMENT FOR GUESTS OUTDOOR FINNISH SAUNA BATH TUB, stove-heated, (with a diameter of 200 cm for 6 to 8 people) COVERED FIREPLACE - can be used also during rainy days or winter months for roasting, preparing meals on the grill, electric contact grill or cooking a kettle goulash in a kettle. WINTER SKI PARKS - enjoy skiing in PARK SNOW ŠTRBSKÉ PLESO, TATRANSKÁ LOMNICA or JASNÁ or many other smaller ski centres nearby CAVES - admire the beautiful decorations of DEMANOVSKÁ ĽADOVÁ JASKYŇA, DEMANOVSKÁ JASKYŇA SLOBODY FARM VÝCHODNÁ (from V. 1 km) - the village is well known for it. You can book a tour, buy their own herbal teas, delicious cheeses and many other delicacies. You can also ride a HORSE here, even a complete non-rider. THE STATION WORLD OF MARTIN SABAKA - the exhibition of Martin Sabaka, skilled shoemaker, railwayman and art brut artist, who left behind many amazing works, can be found in the hall at the aforementioned Farm. The accommodation is also a GALLERY OF PICTURES of my sister Mariana Sabaková (*1978). She inherited her artistic talent from our grandfather Martin Sabaka (*1925 +2016). FISH GENOFOND CENTER - located near Východná railway station (from V. 4 km), you can buy fresh fish for consumption or catch them yourself.
