Villa Giasemi Set on two floors, villa Giasemi promises a comfortable stay with all the luxuries. On the ground floor, the open-plan space consists of a well-organized kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining area, and a cozy living room. The floor is completed with a communal bathroom. The first floor has two airy bedrooms with two single beds each and ensuite bathrooms. The heating of the villas is with A/C. Getting outside from an outdoor staircase, you will find an ideal place to take a bath in the swimming pool and relax in the sun loungers. Prepare a meal in the communal BBQ and enjoy it in the dining area gazing at the sunset. Thanks to its unique location, the villa offers wonderful views of 28 villages in the area of Apokoronas. ***From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March.
