Privilege located in Ocean Park between the tourist areas of Condado and Isla Verde: its offers easy walking access to the beach, gourmet restaurants, nightlife, and popular attractions. It's an ideal choice for relaxing with family and friends while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico. The space Costa Escondida is a unique property consisting of three private units: two apartments and one studio. This setup allows groups to stay together while still enjoying their own privacy and personal space. Each unit includes its own living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and private bedrooms. The property comfortably accommodates up to 10–12 guests. Apartment 1: Blue A spacious apartment accommodating 4 to 6 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4–6 guests, and a comfortable living room with a TV and sofa bed. It also includes a laundry area with a washer and dryer. This is the main apartment, offering direct access to an open terrace and garden area. It also features a connecting door to the Ocean Apartment, making it convenient for larger groups staying together. Apartment 2: Ocean A cozy apartment accommodating up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a TV and sofa. The apartment offers direct access to the terrace, BBQ, and bar area, and includes a connecting door to the Blue Apartment for added convenience. Apartment 3: Maui A charming studio for up to 2 guests, featuring 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dining area, and a living room with a TV and sofa. It also includes a laundry area with both a washer and dryer. The studio is located at the rear-right side of the property, offering direct access to a private balcony and the pool area. Fully Equipped Kitchens All kitchens at Costa Escondida come fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals, including: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, 3-in-1 air fryer/toaster oven, waffle maker, blender, cookware (pots and pans), and all cooking and dining essentials. Outdoor Areas & Shared Amenities Guests staying at Costa Escondida enjoy access to the entire property and all common areas, including the pool, terraces, BBQ, and bar area. Outdoor spaces include: 1. Open Terrace & Garden – A relaxing outdoor space with a garden view and a modern patio set, perfect for sitting and unwinding. 2. BBQ & Bar Terrace – A beautifully designed entertainment area featuring a fully equipped BBQ and bar, modern outdoor dining table, gas grill, dishwasher, and mini refrigerator. 3. Private Balcony Area – A cozy furnished balcony for two guests with a small bar and stools overlooking the pool. 4. Pool Area – A refreshing pool surrounded by outdoor lounge furniture for relaxation. 5. Outdoor Shower – Convenient for rinsing off after a beach day or swim in the pool. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The entire property is for the EXCLUSIVE use of your group and is NOT shared with any other guests or groups. Other things to note Guests can use the entire house and enjoy all amenities, but please REMEMBER and understand it is at your own risk and NEVER left the children unattended. There are AC inverter units in every bedroom and living area. Complimentary towels, pool towels, hair dryer and all bathroom essentials are included. FREE unlimited Wi-Fi in all areas of the property. House is equipped with 1200 gallon water tank with high pressure silent pump. Property is equipped with 40K Generator with ATS. The property has outside security cameras.
