Vacation apartment on the first floor (Talblick vacation home) The space The apartment on the ground floor of the Talblick vacation home has an area of approx. 80 square meters. Comforts include a satellite TV and Internet access. From the apartment you can directly access the terrace, which offers garden furniture. Parking for our guests is of course available. A washing machine is available to you in a separate basement room. The apartment has three bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 children's room with bunk beds). In the large living room with dining area and Sweden stove you can feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay. There is a shower and toilet in the bathroom. In our cozy vacation home there are two apartments for a total of 10 people to relax and feel good. The quiet and sunny south-facing slope offers guests an impressive panoramic view over the town of Fladungen and the mountains of the Rhön. Due to the central location in the middle of Germany, our vacation home is ideal for meeting with family and friends due to short trips from all directions. Located in the middle of the Rhön biosphere reserve, Fladungen is the perfect starting point for all excursion destinations in the Rhön. Around Fladungen you will find a well-signposted and well-maintained network of cycling and hiking trails. On themed hiking trails such as the premium hiking trail "Museum Tour", the "Peace Trail", or the "Cultural Landscape Stations" you will get to know the history and nature of the Rhön. On the routes of the "Balance-Nordic-Walking-Park" around Fladungen you can relax and forget about everyday life. Supply and shopping in Fladungen: food and beverage market, doctor's and dentist's office, pharmacy, banks, bakeries, butchers and various retail stores. The local outdoor pool is within walking distance. The Franconian open-air museum with the museum railway and the historic old town.
