Guest access You have access to the entire place. Large private partial covered patio. On the property there is a gate in the grass area to go down to our private dock and beach. You can use the dock to load and unload your boat and you can also tie your boat to the poles on the beach, at your own risk of course. We have about 300 ft of beach area. The beach does vary with the water level throughout the day. You can also google "davis dam water release" to find out what the water level will be during you stay. We have ample space to park your boats, trailers and more. There is a launching at the Chamber of commerce less than a mile from the house. Everything you need is close!!
