Beautiful Cottage set in Lincolnshire countryside

We are a very rural farm, set in acres of farmland with only a few houses up at the farm. This detached cottage is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1: With double bed, twin beds and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet. Separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 2: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 3: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 4: With double bed. Bedroom 5: With double bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner need to be brought by yourselves. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. The garden furniture and bbq are put away for the winter between October and April so will not be at the property Please note: There is an unfenced lake in grounds, 30 yards . Please have the expectation of a rural farm location. So if your not a lover of the countryside and rural locations away from noise, lights and shops I don’t think we would be the location for you. For those that like to explore on foot, there are good walks from the door, plus cycle routes throughout the area. Explore the nearby Lincolnshire Wolds with its many country pubs to stop and take refreshment, or visit Market Rasen racecourse for a day out. Lincoln is less than 30-minute drive away and is well-known for its cathedral, castle with the Magna Carta visitors’ centre, as well as a huge range of shops and entertainment for all the family. Shop 7 miles. For those looking for a hen party's you are able to book treatments in the spa as an extra. We can also recommend suppliers for private chief, cocktail making and life drawing Other things to note Please note we are on a farm so in the winter it is advisable to bring suitable footwear i.e. wellies or walking boots.
