It is located in Saint Lunaire, a family seaside resort which adjoins Dinard, in the bay of Saint Malo. Come and discover the Emerald Coast: Saint Briac, Lancieux, Saint Cast, Saint Malo, Dinan and Mt Saint Michel. The space The south-facing house is located in St. Lunaire. Built using eco-friendly methods, it was renovated in January 2022. Situated near the magical sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, the south-facing house has been designed and decorated to offer you unforgettable moments of peace and relaxation. Whether with family or friends, you will particularly appreciate its single-story layout. Highlights: Wi-Fi throughout the house You will have exclusive use of the entire house and its secluded garden, away from prying eyes. 2 TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom) Washing machine and dryer Dishwasher, induction hob, large American-style refrigerator, etc. Layout: A 37 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a large, furnished, south-facing terrace and a fully enclosed garden (300 m²). Two bedrooms with double beds (one 160 cm and one 140 cm). A small children's bedroom (one 80 cm bed that can be converted into two single beds) which can also be used as an office if you wish to work remotely. A large bathroom with a walk-in mosaic shower (on the same level). A separate toilet. One private parking space; a second space is available upon prior request. Friendly pets are welcome under certain conditions and upon prior request at the time of booking. For the well-being and safety of all, here are some examples of acceptance conditions: no category 1 or 2 dogs, they must be well-trained, treated for parasites, up-to-date on vaccinations, and weigh a maximum of 20 kg. They must not cause continuous or repeated noise disturbances. They must not be left alone in the house or garden. Guest access In 5 minutes by car, you will easily reach the seaside, and the main points of sporting, cultural and festive tourist interest. Please note: Water and electricity are extra depending on meter readings. This approach allows us to offer affordable prices. Energy being at the heart of current concerns, we do not wish to enter into the game of free consumption. It seems unfair to us that the most reasonable are impacted by the rare excesses sometimes observed.
