Our 2 bed 'Mountain Space' apartment is still quite new, stylishly and lovingly furnished with the best of Berlin design & photography from local artists. Just 10 mins from Sölden + 2 other ski resorts, the mountains await you! Take in those spectacular mountain views on the sunny 90m2 S/W facing terrace, whilst enjoying a cup of coffee or apres-ski beer outside, breathing in the crisp mountain air. The modern 2 bedroom apartment ideally sleeps 5 therefore suitable for couples, families and friends. The main bedroom has views of the beautiful waterfall in the summer and the stunning snowy mountain range in winter. Our younger guests are catered for with an outdoor trampoline, a hammock swing, a Wii game console with many games as well as a cupboard full of board / card games at the house, just in case you get snowed in or just fancy a day in. The brand-new, fully-fitted kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Washing machine is available in the large family bathroom. We supply all bedding and towels - you just need to bring your lovely selves. The pretty village of Längenfeld is on your doorstep which has everything you need for your holiday in the Ötztal mountains. Soelden is also just 10 minutes away / Obergurgl is 20 mins. The bus stop is just 100m away from the apartment. Aquadome is an easy 3 minutes by car - submerge yourself in one of the many spectacular & heated outdoor baths at the largest wellness centre in Austria. Magical for everyone! Rental shops for all your ski gear are to be found anywhere in Längenfeld and Sölden incl. mountain climbing, e-biking, hiking and there are lots of handy convenience shops. Please be aware before you book: THIS IS NOT A PARTY PLACE - there are elderly residents in the building, who we respect dearly. There is 1 parking space just for you in the underground parking (height 2.08m). The apartment is accessible by lift. There is enough space to also park your bikes safely (in the Ski Room). Guest access You'll be able to access the property independently through the key in the secure box outside the property - code to be supplied a few days before arrival. Theres a key fob to the electric doors to access the secure underground parking garage beneath the apartment. There's also a lift directly up to the apartment from the garage. The bus stop for the local (free) all-year round tourist bus is just 100 steps away, on the main road and always goes through Laengenfeld. The ski-bus to Soelden just takes 15 mins & Obergurgl 20 mins. Other things to note The second bedroom shows a King-size bed (new for 2025) & 2 single stacked on top of each other. The top part simply lifts off the bottom part and is set up with high quality bedding for 4 people in total. If you are coming with 5 (or 6) people in total, we ask you to message me as we charge €40/p.p.p.n extra. The beds will be set up according to the number of guests you have booked for. There is a baby travel bed + mattress available. You would need to bring your own sheets / bedding. Please request the baby bed upfront. Please bear in mind that the storage space is limited in this room.
