Two modern bathrooms, one with shower/toilet, the other with bathtub/toilet, contribute to relaxation. From the large south balcony there is a fantastic view of the Alps with Karwendel, Wetterstein, Alpspitze, Waxensteine and Zugspitz massif. You will feel comfortable in this apartment. The shutters are electrically operated. It is absolutely quiet. Our guests like to sit on the large sunny balcony and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. In the basement there is a ski storage room. The quiet location, the second bathroom, the free Internet access, the second TV and also the washing machine and dryer, which can be used free of charge, are highly appreciated. In the living room (living room closet) there is a clothes drying rack, an ironing board and an iron. The daily rate includes tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day.
