Situated just a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk from Bude’s town centre and its beautiful beaches (and famous tidal sea pool) this is the perfect base for your Cornish Break. The house is set on a quiet residential road with 2 off road parking spaces directly in front of the property. 2 major supermarkets are only a few minutes walk away. The space THE SPACE A light, bright and spacious open plan kitchen/lounge that has a super social feel... With a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs to seat 4 and snug lounge area complete with 55 inch TV and fast Wi-Fi, this space has everything you'll need to chill out and make the most of every moment of your holiday. Leading out through double patio doors to the safe and secure suntrap garden, you will find a BBQ and patio table & chairs... perfect for Al Fresco dining and soaking up the suns rays. A downstairs bathroom can be found off the front entrance hall. Upstairs comprises of 2 generously sized double bedrooms and a family bathroom. All bed linen and Shower & Hand towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels). A travel cot with mattress is available, please request at time of booking. There is plenty of floor space in either bedroom to accommodate it. (Please supply your own bedding for this.) Well behaved dogs are most welcome, however we do appreciate them being kept off soft furnishings. (Sofa and beds) PLEASE NOTE: There are no electric car charging facilities at the property and charging via 3 point plugs is not permitted. THE LOCAL AREA Bude is a multi award winning small coastal town with a real community feel, there are an abundance of amazing restaurants, bars and local cafe's to keep you well fed and energised for all the adventures you will find here. Although famous mainly for its sandy beaches, tidal sea pool and excellent quality surf there is no shortage of other activities to entertain you; Our property is a 2 minute walk away from an indoor swimming pool, indoor soft play and bowling alley. The Southwest coast path runs right through Bude linking its many beaches and has some of the most amazing cliff top views in the country. Great for daily dog walking. Other activities to keep you busy include; Tennis courts Golf course Fishing Rowing boats on the canal Traditional style independent cinema (10 minute drive) Paddle-boarding Mini Golf Swimming in Bude's famous sea pool. A different beach to visit every day of the week! Shopping in the mix of independent and nation wide shops in the town centre. Sampling all of the local treats including a Cornish cream tea, Cornish pasty and of course the Great British classic: Fish and chips. Indoor swimming pool, soft play and bowling alley just 100m away.
