The space ## Accommodation Appartement Pompidou has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a shower room, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Nestled in a lively area, surrounded by cafés, shops and restaurants, it nevertheless offers a peaceful retreat as its windows open onto the quiet inner courtyard. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs, free Wi-Fi for your connectivity, as well as towels and bed linen provided for your convenience. Its prime location is a remarkable feature, with only a 1-minute walk from the Hôtel de Ville and BHV, ensuring easy access to Paris's lively attractions. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and no elevator is present. ## Neighborhood The Marais, a trendy neighborhood with village charm, has become a must-see in Paris. Located in the heart of Paris, Le Marais owes much of its charm to its magnificent architecture and rich history. The neighborhood has many private 17th-century residences. A Parisian monument that cannot be missed is the Hôtel de Ville. A short distance from here is the romantic Place des Vosges, dating from the Renaissance: the oldest square in Paris. The must-see museum in the region is of course the Centre Pompidou, easily recognizable thanks to its imposing size and the colorful tubes that make up its exterior. With its magnificent dome and breathtaking views of the Hôtel de Ville, the BHV MARAIS is an icon of Parisian commerce. The Marais is a neighborhood for food lovers, a great neighborhood to go out, a neighborhood historically welcoming to the LGBT community, and a neighborhood of traditional markets and shopping streets. ## Transportation Nearest metro stations: 1. Gare du Nord - 4.1 km Airports: Guests can access the property from CDG and Orly airports using public transportation (up to 2 hours away) or opt for our shuttle service (extra charge). ## Notes The check-in assistant will meet guests at the property on the day of their arrival. In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash. From 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. - €35 From 10 p.m. to midnight - €60 (on request) The apartment is available for long-term stays (from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with supporting documents in order to meet the requirements of the MOBILITY LEASE: - 1 piece of identification (requested by the Paris City Hall) - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax return, pay slips and/or bank statement.
