A cute and quirky, close to the action Napier home

My house is now available for longer term bookings at discounted rates, suited to contract workers or anybody wanting temporary accommodation while house hunting, etc. This is my beautiful home in the heart of Napier. A 10 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to the beach and the Marine Parade. Three double bedrooms and a lovely private and fully enclosed back garden. Oozing with character and charm, the villa is over 100 years old and has been modernised in all the right ways. The space There is plenty of parking out on the roadside, and space for one car off the street. Dogs are welcome to stay in the enclosed back garden for an additional $40 fee. The house is strictly smoke free. Allowing dogs inside is negotiable. Other things to note Absolutely no parties thank you. There is a railway track directly behind the house, however the trains are very slow and quiet going past and very rarely do I even notice them. More old-fashioned and nostalgic like a sleepy seaside village railway!
