42 Southgate Lane has been recently refurbished. It comes with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge diner and garage with off road parking. It comfortably sleeps 4. Snettisham is a great bolt hole to enjoy the Norfolk Coast, it has it’s own beach with parking, furthermore bird lovers have a fantastic RSPB area. We are 5 minutes from Sandringham, 10 minutes from Hunstanton and 20 minutes from Holkham and Wells-next- Sea which both have incredible wide open Sandy Beaches. The space Our space is modern with added benefit of a complete refurb in December 2021. The main bedroom is a good size with a King Bed. The further 2 bedrooms are single bedrooms which one comes with a trundle bed. A new kitchen and bathroom have just been installed (December 2021). Bathroom is situated downstairs. Guest access The property comes with a parking space for one large vehicle ( not suitable for a van or similar), please ask if you have a query. Garage which can house any equipment that will enhance your holiday. Other things to note Driveway is a little bumpy with limited space for parking, suited only to family cars. please, if you do book to stay, follow the map we send you as the postcode alone will not bring you directly to the house .
