Holiday home for 7 guests with 85m² in Stiege (163650)

***Cozy, comfortably furnished country house for families (5+2) surrounded by nature with large terrace, fireplace and Wi-Fi*** Originally, the house dates back to 1943. We extensively refurbished it in the spring of 2021 and put a lot of love into the modern and cozy furnishings of the pretty little house. "Jonathan" awaited our guests with a spacious terrace. Our guests also have (at least) one parking space in front of the house. If necessary, bicycles or similar can also be accommodated. Our vacation home has a living area of 85 sqm on two floors. Through a small entrance area you get to the sun-drenched veranda. Here you will find the dining area and a reading corner. The adjoining kitchen has everything you need for the culinary accompaniment of a vacation (induction stove with oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, etc.). A small storage room can be used to accommodate suitcases and bags and otherwise houses useful things such as a vacuum cleaner, broom, laundry basket and clothes rack. In addition to a shower room with a walk-in shower and window, we have provided a (really cute) guest toilet. A washing machine has been integrated into the kitchen. A staircase (secured above with a staircase roller blind) leads to the upper floor. In addition to this old staircase, we were fortunately able to preserve the original wooden floorboards throughout the upper area of the house. Here we have furnished two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200). Both bedrooms have TV and blackout options. There is also space for a baby bed in both rooms. (We will gladly provide this bed together with a high chair for more space in the trunk free of charge if necessary). The adjoining living room with fireplace offers our guests a large couch, which can also be converted into a bed on request (sleeping space about 120 x 200; so comfortable for one person, cozy for two). A large smart TV could distract the eyes from the magnificent view of the greenery through the huge balcony door from time to time. Last but not least, an approx. 30 m² wooden terrace with furniture, parasol and grill awaits our guests and wonderfully completes our gem "Jonathan". The rental price includes a hotel-quality linen package for each guest (consisting of hand and bath towel, bath mat and dish towel as well as made beds on arrival). If necessary and for more space in the trunk, a crib with a corresponding mattress and moisture protection (without duvet and pillow) as well as a highchair can also be provided. For the final cleaning as well as the initial equipment (toilet paper, paper towels, firewood and lighters from October to April, dish towel, dishwasher and tabs, etc.) we charge you €75.00. The deposit for our vacation home is 150.00 EUR and must be paid with the rental price before arrival. For an occupancy of more than 4 people, our guests pay the person surcharge of 15 EUR/night. The visitor's tax is per person (from the 16th birthday) is 2.50 EUR per night and is due upon arrival. At the same time, we would also like to point out that, if necessary and subject to availability, our vacation homes "Johanna" and "Antonia" (both located on the same property) could be booked.
