Only a 1-minute walk to the beach, we hope you love 'Laduma' as much as we do! The space Nestled among the ambience of tropical surrounds, and only steps from the apartment complex pool, 'Laduma' is the perfect home away from home. Whether you want time out to reflect on your own or a hideaway with that someone special, or a family trip that you all have enough space to relax and unwind, 'Laduma' is the place to be. With 3 spacious bedrooms, master bedroom has a King bed, queen bed for the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom has 2 singles, Laduma is the perfect place for the entire family. Our living room comes complete with a Smart TV as well as the master bedroom. The main bedroom, second bedroom and lounge all have aircon and all rooms have fans. There is also a Tesla charger in the garage! There is a fridge, microwave, Smeg kettle & toaster tea/coffee facilities, onsite parking, outdoor shower, crockery & cutlery. We have an internal washing machine and Dryer located in the second bathroom. Our home also comes with a Tesla Model 3 car charger, perfect for guests with Tesla vehicles that need to top up their battery on arrival. This is a complimentary addition to the home for guests to use! All products you need for your stay including Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash, Linen and towels are all provided. At Laduma, we want you to feel at home as if this was your home! Guest access We have a lockbox for all our guests to access the home. We will provide the lockbox details for you at 7am on the morning of check-in! Other things to note HOUSE RULES * Check-in: After 3:00 pm * Checkout: 10:00 am * No smoking * No pets allowed * No parties or events ADDITIONAL RULES *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes. *In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. *This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time. *Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. *This apartment is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine. *This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm. *STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned. *Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge. *Schoolies bookings are subject to approval and will be required to complete a Pre-Auth form to address potential damages during your stay. The house rules will also need to be STRICTLY followed otherwise penalties will incur. If the number of guests staying in the home is more than what was booked, there will be a charge for the extra guests. *Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first. THINGS TO KNOW: *We have a Tesla Charger in the garage of the home! * This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a travel cot, however, we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up. We do not provide a highchair, but you’re welcome to bring your own. * Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. * Please note, there are 2 cameras at the front door and back side gate for the security of the home and our guests. Rest assured it does not invade your privacy in any way as it cannot see into the home itself. We just want to make sure that the home is safe as well as any guest that stays there! * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. Registration Details PID-STRA-30791
