Please Note: For your water fun our electric pool heating is available year-round, except during the summer months (June through September). If you’d like the pool heated, it’s available for an additional $150 per day plus tax. A private spa-jacuzzi spills into the large pool and well-lit for desert evening dips. *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you! Guest access Easy, fast, hassle free self check-in! Following a simple electronic signature, you will receive check-in information 1 week prior to your stay, and will gain access to this space by utilizing the key pad on the front door. While we love pets, to maintain an allergy free environment pets are not allowed. Per city of Scottsdale ordinance, this rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. City of Scottsdale noise ordinance quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Pool/SPA heat can be scheduled for $150+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in). Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard, scheduled days may change. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. Pack Play and Air mattress for $40 each + tax. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
