Just a 5-minute drive to South Coast beaches and 15 minutes to the North Coast, it's perfectly located for beach days, surfing, coastal walks, and countryside footpaths. Explore St. Ives, Penzance, and Marazion with ease. The village offers two cozy pubs and is surrounded by scenic footpaths, making it a perfect countryside escape. With farm fields and footpaths right on the doorstep, it’s the perfect base for seaside adventures and countryside strolls. Relax in the sun-loungers in the spacious two-tier garden, fire up the coal BBQ, or head to the beach with our games, buckets, and spades. The large driveway easily fits up to three cars. Inside, you’ll find: 4 comfortable bedrooms (sleeps up to 10) including a king-size ensuite with lounge area. Cosy open-plan living room with wood burner (logs provided Oct–Apr), Smart TV, DVD player, and board games. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the essentials for home cooking. Two bathrooms, one with a bath, both with showers. Fast Wi-Fi throughout. Whether you’re here for family fun, beach days, or a peaceful escape, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay. Guest access The whole house is available to you, except the garage and the cellar that will be locked. Other things to note The dining table seats 8 comfortably, however if a party of 10 book there are two extra chairs available to fit around the table. This is not a party house.
