Fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets and children. The space It has 3 bedrooms including a lower level master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet , and restroom access right across the hall. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms with walk in closets, and beautiful plantation shutters for privacy. You will also find a bottom level modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and electric stove, counter top seating and full dining table, top load washer/dryer, & high speed Spectrum Ultra WiFi. KITCHEN: The kitchen has a stainless steel stove and oven, refrigerator, and beautiful quartz counter tops with bar height seating, It also has a microwave and Keurig coffee maker. You will find the basic cooking essentials in the cabinets including: salt & pepper, dishes and silverware. Long term stays are expected to purchase their own supplies if they run out. BBQ GRILLS: I have 2 charcoal grills on the property available for guest use. RESTROOMS: The restroom will have toiletries including: body soap, shampoo, & conditioner, and hair dryer WASHER/DRYER: The washer and dryer are both available for guests. SECURITY: There is a ring doorbell cam at the front entrance, and a fully fenced backyard (8ft. Fence) for your comfort and safety I work very hard to provide you with an excellent travel experience.
