This authentic family village at the foot of the highest peaks in the Pyrenees offers you, in winter and summer, a variety of activities: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, thermal cures, hiking, guided tours... The space This flat, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony with a view of the summit of the Port du Vénasque, ping-pong tables, a basketball court and a petanque court! The flat: Located on the 1st floor accessible by a wide staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A beautiful, light-filled living room with a seating area featuring a pull-out sofa bed, a desk, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a table that seats up to 6 guests. - A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue machine, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 80×190cm) and a wardrobe. - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190cm) with a wardrobe. - A bathroom with a bath, a washbasin and a hairdryer. - Separate toilet. Outdoors: - A shared swimming pool, comprising an indoor and an outdoor section. Open from 17 June to 15 September: Tuesday to Sunday inclusive: 10.00–18.30. - A 6 m² east-facing balcony furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a lovely meal whilst admiring the view of the Port du Vénasque! - Table tennis tables (4 bats and balls are available) and a pétanque court shared by the residence. - Badminton set with 4 rackets, shuttlecocks and a net Activities : In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging, but also hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky! Finally, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces! In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to stroll along the banks of the Lac d'Oô and admire the splendid view of the Haut-Garonne peaks or go for a trail or climbing trip! Many other activities and events are available: mini-golf, football, theatre, concerts, Tour de France, Festival des Plantes, Festival des Fleurs, Christmas market... Other things to note - Wifi available for free. - There is a ski locker on the landing and a sheltered bike rack on the ground floor. - A numbered parking space is available at the bottom of the residence. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Pets are accepted for a supplement of €30/stay, but must not climb on the bed. Only one pet per stay is allowed (please specify when booking). Please take care of the fur and do not leave the animal alone. - Board games available. - For nature lovers, a pair of Bushnell R3 8×42 binoculars is available with a cleaning kit.
