This private studio combines an eclectic design, featuring burnt concrete and wooden walls, with all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. It’s the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. A loft with a strong character: rustic-industrial, featuring OSB wood panelling, burnt concrete and a striking blue feature wall. Mezzanine bedroom, living room with sofa and TV, a functional kitchen and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. It is situated in one of Porto’s ‘Islands’ — community-oriented streets where the Ruby Charm project was born from a simple idea: tourism can preserve a place rather than consume it. It shares a garden with a vegetable patch, barbecue, seasonal hot tub and leisure areas. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to their private studio. The following areas and facilities are shared with other guests: Lush garden. Barbecue area. Outdoor leisure areas. Additional Services (subject to a charge and booking): Shared laundry: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 19:30 (closed on Sundays). Wash and dry €4, wash only €3, dry only €1.50. Keys at reception, maximum load 9 kg. Outdoor jacuzzi: €15 per one hour session, up to 3 guests from the same house. Book at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Open from 1 May to 30 September. After that date, opening depends on the weather: please check the Ruby Charm Houses app to see if it is open. Other things to note Check-in: from 15:00 to 00:00. Between 00:00 and 02:00 we wait at no extra cost in case of flight delays, as long as your arrival time has been arranged with us. Late check-in, after 02:00: €40, on prior request through Airbnb messages. Check-out: from 08:00 to 11:00. Flexible times, subject to availability: early check-in from 11:30 to 15:00, €40; late check-out from 11:30 to 14:30, €40. Arrival time: please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. Documents: photo ID and a credit card at check-in. Security deposit: €200 on arrival, by credit card, fully refundable at check-out after the house has been checked.
