Guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance. Services: No reimbursement for service closures (internet, water, power) beyond control. Lockers containing owners' personal items are off-limits. Additional Property Usage: Unauthorized usage (parties, non-residential purposes) may result in loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.
