You know your CO ski vacation is complete once you hear the crackle of the wood burning fireplace. With two couches and a recliner, there is plenty of lounging space for your group. Floor to ceiling windows draw you out to the balcony and its panoramic views. Kitchen and Dining Area Recently updated, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make all your favorite meals! Also perfect for a quick snack after the ski day. Convenient extras in the kitchen include an ice maker and waffle iron. The stylish dining area seats 6 comfortably at the table. More seating at the kitchen countertop for 2 more. Balcony Step onto your West facing private balcony for the perfect CO sunset views! Take in the fresh mountain air while enjoying a cocktail or warm drink. The Pines Condominiums back up to the golf course at Keystone. So when the weather is warmer, it's a great spot for grilling and watching the golfers pass by. Master Bedroom You'll be pleasantly surprised by the spacious Master bedroom. Enjoy forest views and plenty of storage space. The Ensuite bathroom features a dual vanity and a large closet. Guest Bedroom The second bedroom features a bunkbed - perfect for kids or two individuals! Other things to note 1 Parking Permit per property. Parking outside - unassigned. 24/7 SERVICE This property is professionally managed by SummitCove Lodging in Keystone. We have a central office located right in Keystone and offer our guests 24/7 services during their stay. We provide a starter supply of amenities, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and more. We provide housekeeping and maintenance services if needed during your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included but may be added for an additional fee. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME The standard check-in time is 4 pm. The standard check-out time is 10 am. In some cases, based on availability, there will be options for paid early check-in or late check-out, but can't be confirmed until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. BUILDING INFORMATION Pines Features Keystone Shuttle Stop – Keystone has a free seasonal skier shuttle that will take you around Keystone Resort. A shuttle stop is right in the middle of the Pines parking lot which takes yours straight to the base of Dercum Mountain (the first of Keystone’s 3 great peaks). Best view in Keystone – It’s hard to get a better view of the Gore Mountain Range than the view from the Pines Condos in Keystone. Great sunsets in the west, and phenomenal Sunrises in the east as the Sun crests over the continental divide. Snake River – The Pines condominiums are located at the banks of the Snake River that starts in the mountains high above. The River runs through Keystone Colorado and drains into Dillon Reservoir. Grab your fly fishing rod and head out the door for a great summer activity. Ski Locker – A secure external ski locker is provided along with the Keystone Vacation Rental to store your skis and other gear that normally clutters the inside of the condo and tracks water and other undesirable elements into the condos. Common Area BBQ Grill – Just outside of the Pines Pool Club House, a propane grill is available for you to use if you feel like grilling some steaks or bratwursts. There is plenty of seating for the entire family to lounge about in the sun. Most of our Pines Vacation Rentals will also offer a private grill, please refer to the individual rental property listing. Pines Clubhouse – One of the largest and most well-equipped in all of Keystone, What better way to enjoy your night after a busy day out on the mountain? Open from 8 am to 10 pm, the indoor pool has a massive glass wall on one side so that you’ll never feel far from the outdoors or away from Keystone Mountain. Soak in the hot tub for total relaxation. High-Speed Internet – You can obtain High-Speed Internet from Anywhere in the Pines condos in Keystone. Simply check your confirmation email for how to access the internet and link up to the high-speed connection from just about anywhere. Laundry Facilities – If you are staying in Keystone for a while and will need access to laundry facilities, it is located in the Club House. Laundry is coin-operated. Individual Condo Buildings & Styles – The Pines complex is made up of several buildings, with varying-sized properties and views. Some buildings host more condos than others, so check your confirmation for the exact location of your vacation rental.
