Luxury Villa with mountain & sea views in Mohlos

As soon as you pass along the paved corridor and enter the area of the villa, enclosed by stone walls and green fences, you feel completely at home. Here you can enjoy moments of peace and relaxation in the pretty corners of the villa, or uplifting moments as you muse on the high, spacious balcony with its wonderful view over the mountains and the sea. You can also cool off in your own 28 m2 swimming pool whenever you like. The space The villa covers an area of 150 m2 (not counting the veranda), set on two levels. On the upper level (90 m2): • A spacious sitting room of 18.50 m2 with a view of the sea, the islet of Mohlos and the beautiful surrounding scenery. The sitting room is decorated in light colours and the furniture is inspired by the Cretan traditional style. • Opening on from the south side of the sitting room is the kitchenette, in the same cheerful colours, fully equipped as described below. • Two bedrooms, one of 12 m2 with its own WC, and a larger room of 15 m2 with a sea view and access to the veranda. • A central bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, marble surfaces and all the necessary accessories. • A 20 m2 veranda with a wonderful view of the sea, the small green valley of Mohlos, the surrounding hills and the mountains. An interior staircase leads from the sitting room-kitchenette down to the lower level, where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom decorated in the same colours and containing similar furnishings and equipment of the same high standard. The villa is independent, ensuring full privacy with its own surrounding area, verandas, patios and greenery, its own swimming pool and parking spaces. There is a daily cleaning service (except Sundays). The sitting room includes: Luxury furniture with sofa, armchairs and traditional low table.
