Enjoy a perfect location in a period villa! Dating from the early 19th century, Villa LOUISE was completely and quality renovated in 2019. It has a well-kept interior with a large comfortable living room, and 4 beautiful bedrooms as well as an equipped terrace. Its ideal location between the beach and the market will allow you to enjoy your stay with peace of mind. The villa is an exclusive place for a relaxing time by the Atlantic Ocean. The space The villa includes: - A large cozy living room with living room, dining room and a large new equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, rotating heat oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all kitchen utensils.) - Separate toilet on the ground floor - A large terrace/garden with dining table, garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ. - A closed parking lot to park your vehicle and a shower for when you return from the beach. - A small terrace on the front of the house. Upstairs - A master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) – Access to a balcony. - A bedroom with two 80*200 cm single beds, which can be combined into a 160*200 cm double bed - A children's dormitory, on two levels, with four single beds 90 x 190 cm Each bedroom has its own wardrobe. The bedding is new. - Bathroom with shower and bathtub - Separate toilet upstairs. Guest access You will have full use of the villa! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE - LINEN SUPPLY: For stays of less than 7 nights, bed linen and bath towels are optional: - 15 eur for a double bed with two bath towels - 10 eur single bed with bath towel To be specified when booking and to be paid upon arrival. We provide kitchen towels and bath towels. CHECK-IN: From 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We do not live there, so please note the following information so that we can accommodate you in the best possible conditions. CONTACT US VIA MESSAGING, BEFORE YOUR BOOKING, FOR ARRIVALS AFTER 8:00 PM. Depending on our availability, we will be able to come to welcome you between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. A "LATE ARRIVAL" fee (8:01 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) will be payable upon key handover as follows 8:00 p.m. – 8:59 p.m.: 15 euro 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: 20 euros AFTER 10:00 PM: NO KEY DELIVERY CAN BE MADE if it has not been planned and accepted by your host before your booking. LEAVING, CHECKING OUT It will be for 10 a.m. (10:30 a.m. maximum) Please: - Clean/put away your dishes - Take out your garbage (kitchen and bathroom) - Remove your sheets - Leave the accommodation in good condition BABY COT If you would like a baby cot, please let us know at the time of booking to be sure of its availability on the day, please note sheets and mattress covers not provided. You will receive explanatory messages, and don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions. The number of the person in charge of hosting you will be communicated after your booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES - Guests agree to place the trash cans (yellow and blue) at the outdoor collection point and then collect them according to the schedule that will be presented to them upon checking in. - No parties or evening events can be held in the house. Tenants agree to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, to limit noise pollution from 10pm and not to play music excessively. In the event of disturbance of the peace at night, we will have to immediately end the current stay without the possibility of reimbursement. Thank you for understanding.
