A top floor penthouse overlooking the award winning golf course, surrounding hills and the Pacific Ocean. The condo has all of the top amenities including vaulted ceilings, new Italian tile flooring, new spa-like bathrooms, quality linens and a fully equipped kitchen. When you enter the house, your eyes are drawn to the wall of windows and the amazing view, especially beautiful to watch the sunset off the balcony. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a large pantry and laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. The kitchen is surrounded by a granite bar countertop and 4 handcrafted wooden stools. The kitchen opens into the living/dining area with vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating around a 60" Smart TV. The adjacent formal dining area seats 8. Open the glass sliders to the outdoor dining for an additional 6 seats at for al fresco dining. The patio has 2 ceiling fans, keeping the area fresh and cool. Follow the spiral staircase up to the loft. This area can be used as an additional (4th) bedroom with two twin beds. The spacious Master Bedroom takes up the entire north side of the condo. It has a separate entrance if needed, a newly remodeled spa like ensuite bathroom, spacious closets and a step out balcony the same great views of the ocean and golf course. The south wing of the condo houses two more spacious bedrooms down a private hallway. The 2nd Master includes a King bed, closet, dresser and newly remodeled ensuite bathroom. It has a step out balcony with a beautiful view of the golf course and the Pacific Ocean. Down the hall, the 3rd bedroom has a large, newly remodeled bathroom at the entrance, two twin beds (that can be pushed together to form a King), a dresser, a large closet and a huge garden view window. Reserva Conchal is a gated community with 24/7 security. Your name(s) will be given to the guard at the gate allowing you to enter the property. (You will need to show passport or drivers license.) The condo comes with one covered parking space and ample guest parking. You can walk or drive around the property or take the free shuttle. The condo has a flight of stairs down and then a flight of stairs up to enter from the street. The complex does not have elevators. Covered parking is included plus extra visitor spaces. A community shuttle can be called to take you anywhere in the resort. There are stairs to enter the condo, the complex has no elevator. This condo includes Reserva Conchal Private Beach Club access where there is a beautiful spa, gym and hot tub area, a lap pool, a large family pool, and a restaurant/bar with delicious food and drinks. Free towels can be checked out at the pool as well as kayaks, SUP's, snorkel equipment, boogie boards and lounge chairs for the beach. You may also check out bikes to ride on the numerous trails around the property. Tennis can be booked through the concierge desk as well as golf tee times. This condo also includes access to the W and Westin properties. This condo has a full time concierge onsite that can help you with all reservations inside and outside of the resort. There is free shuttle service that can pick you up at the door and take you anywhere on the property. The community is following all Costa Rican government recommended COVID-19 guidelines. Everything in the resort and condo are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
