It has been classified "5 cimes" (the maximum) by the Haute-Maurienne Vanoise Tourist Office (Quality Comfort Accommodation Label). Preferred rental from Sunday to Sunday. The "La Marmotte" residence is a former hotel converted in 2020 into high-end vacation homes. The little extras: - A covered parking space (additional parking possible in the communal covered parking 150 m away, €60/week) - High-speed WiFi - A TV lounge/game room for children on the mezzanine overlooking the living room - Exposed frame - Kitchen at the height of the rest of the services (granite countertop, quality appliances, a very large fridge, lots of storage) - Ski locker with 8 shoe dryers on the ground floor of the residence - Separate toilet on the ground floor (with sink) - Toilet upstairs in the bathroom of the bedroom "Le Dortoir" Namely: The floor includes spaces in the attic below 1.80 m at the level of the beds.
