Mona House is a family and group-friendly townhouse in central Keswick which has been pet-free since 2009. It has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). It sleeps a maximum of 8, with flexible sleeping arrangements. It is located in a quiet residential street a 3 minute level walk from the town centre, 10 minutes from the lake and within a short walk of all the town's amenities. **Note that from June ‘26 onwards my rental rates on this site now include the Airbnb service fee of 19%** The space Layout. Ground floor - living room, dining room and kitchen. First floor - house bathroom on half landing; Superking or twin bedroom; twin bedroom. Second floor King bedroom with double sofabed and ensuite shower room; bunk bedded room. Private rear yard. Guest access Whole house Other things to note In terms of accessibility for those who are mobility impaired, there is one step between each of the hall, dining room and kitchen. All bedrooms are on the upper floors. There are 4 steps between the bathroom and the nearest bedroom so may not be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs in the night.
