Accessed from Grosvenor Court, a quiet yard, you enter into the light and bright living room that comprises two two-seater sofas and an armchair. The wall-mounted smart TV benefits from Netflix* and other streaming services. In the living room corner, in front of the sizeable double-glazed sash window, is a square dining table for four guests. Off the living room is the newly-fitted modern kitchen, perfect for cooking up a meal when you don't fancy one of the many restaurants in town. Upstairs is two bedrooms, a double and a single, and the bathroom. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and light, thanks to the large sash windows. Carpets have been removed to reveal the original wood floorboards, which are stunning and complemented by the contrasting white clothes storage units. However, there isn't a stair gate installed, and guests will need to provide a travel cot and high chair if required. The property has central heating throughout with modern electric radiators.
