At Northcott Farm Holidays, we offer Lower Northcott Farmhouse: 9 Bedroomed Georgian Farmhouse with hot tub set in sprawling enclosed private garden. Great for large families, inter-generational gatherings, group get-togethers and celebrations. Secluded rural location on our Farm at Northcott. Just 15 minutes stroll on our private farm lane to the dog-friendly beach and 20-minute walk to the pub. The space Ground floor: This entrance leads directly into a slated porch with room for coats and wellies, with 3 steps leading down to the kitchen with its slated floor, ornamental Aga and cooking and food preparation areas. It is fully equipped for large groups and has a double-range oven, a large fridge and a separate freezer in the porch area. The kitchen leads through to the large dining room centred with a large dining room table to seat all, also with a cosy wood burner. There are two lounges, both also with wood burners and large widescreen TVs, deep set sofas, one overlooks the garden the second and largest lounge has double doors leading right out to the patio with spectacular views down the valley to Northcott Mouth beach, with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ in summertime. The ground floor also has 1 twin bedroom; 2 single bedrooms; a family bathroom with over-bath raindrop shower; wc; shower room; access to annexe via the entrance porch with double bedroom and snug; enclosed garden with children’s play equipment. First floor: There are two sets of stairs – from the front and rear of the farmhouse leading up to the first-floor landing, taking you to 2 large family bedrooms (with king-sized beds and 1 single bed -both with en-suite with walk-in raindrop showers); 2 double bedrooms with king-sized beds (1 en-suite, the other adjoined to one of the family bathrooms with bath, plus separate shower unit); 1 single bedroom; family bathroom with over-bath shower. Our main site is at Court Farm in Marhamchurch, where our swimming pool, tennis court, play area, games room and animal field are located; This is a short 10 mins drive away from Lower Northcorr Farm. Other things to note The Swimming Pool is located on our main holiday site at Court Farm Holidays, in the village of Marhamchurch, (4.5 miles away, 10 mins drive) where you will also find our tennis court, play area, games room and animal field.
