You'll enjoy your own cozy and private lodging with a charming atmosphere, typical Italian vaulted brick ceilings and modern decor. You will be close to several famous cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, etc. The apartment is located on the second floor of a central building in Piazza da Peccioli. We have a spacious and bright apartment that has been completely renovated. The space consists in living - kitchen - dining room, a fully renovated bathroom, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and second bedroom with bunk beds, a complementary sofa bed, central heating, Air conditioner, and laundry room with washer-dryer, all new appliances and hi-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy the wood fireplace while watching a movie after a nice dinner out at one of the different fine restaurants right downstairs. If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen is ready with all you need to prepare a nice Italian meal. Enjoy the new beds and mattresses, equipped with 2 pillows per person and brand-new bed linen, including an all-seasons duvet. Don’t forget to fill up the freezer with the best gelato! Guest access Peccioli is a small medieval town, and this apartment is right in the piazza principale, near all the restaurants and bars. You can visit our friends from Ristorante & Pasticceria Ferretti to enjoy authentic Italian dishes, prepared by the prestigious Chef Andrea Donati, 2 steps from the apartment. You can find bars and cafes where you will be able to enjoy the typical Tuscan valley views. The parking is very convenient since it is located underground of Peccioli and you can access the city via an elevator that is 1 minute walk from the apartment. You can also approach the building door by car to drop off the luggage. If you want to visit other big cities, you can either go driving or you can take a taxi to Pontedera and then take the 1 hour train to Florence or 22 minutes train to Pisa.
