Accessed via a modern elevator, the apartment unfolds across two levels and offers one of the most cinematic views of Lisbon — right from your private balcony. Layout - The bedrooms are located on the lower level, while the living space, kitchen, and outdoor area are on the upper level, making the most of the light and panoramic views. Bedrooms - Three queen-size bedrooms, including one en-suite - All bedrooms include high-quality linen, storage space, and A/C Bathrooms - Two full bathrooms equipped with towels, toilet paper. Living & Dining Area - A bright and spacious open-plan room with exposed beams, leather seating, and large windows - Direct access to the balcony, furnished with stools for al fresco drinks with a view Kitchenette - Fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine, and coffee machine Balcony - Private balcony with sweeping views over the rooftops, the river, and even the Cristo Rei statue on clear days Please Note - The street is not car-accessible except for official taxis, and the final stretch includes a steep uphill walk - The duplex layout and stairs make it unsuitable for wheelchair users **Our property is protected by Truvi, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators, and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. The apartment itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. It is important to mention that Check-ins after 9 pm are subject to a €15 surcharge, and from 11 pm to a €30 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival, in order to cover transportation costs thereafter.
