Downstairs the second open living space can double as a quiet sanctuary sitting room or optional family dual living with a built-in wet bar opening to an alfresco patio and private grassed area, perfect for a morning coffee in the sun. Water fanatics will love being close to both the popular surf breaks of the alley and serene estuary inlet for stand-up paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking or swimming, making this the perfect aquatic playground for any water enthusiast. **Please note there is NO on-site parking with this property. Parking is street parking only, which is subject to availability at the front of the property at the time. Currumbin Beach Holiday Home is our sister Holiday home right next door. With the same floor plan and number of bedrooms, what a dream location for families or large groups travelling together! This property sleeps 10 guests. Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring personal toiletries. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property.
