Other things to note - Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay. - You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. - Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop. - There is a $300-pesos fee to use the rooftop grill. - There is ongoing construction on the ground floor of this building, which may cause moderate noise during working hours. Visitor's policy: Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Visitors will have access to the condominium and pool, but not to the gym or other common areas.
