Attic apartment The space The apartment in the attic of Ferienhaus Talblick has an area of about 80 square meters. The balcony is directly accessible from the living room. The sunbathing lawn, which offers garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis plate, can be used by you. Parking places for our guests are of course available. A washing machine is available to you in a separate basement room. In the apartment there are two bedrooms (1 double and 1 room with separate beds) for guests. In the large living room, there is a cozy sitting area and the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for your stay. There is a shower and a toilet in the bathroom. In our cozy cottage there are two apartments for a total of 10 people to relax and feel good. The quiet and sunny southern slope location offers guests an impressive panoramic view over the village of Fladungen and the mountains of the Rhön. Due to its central location in the middle of Germany, our holiday home is ideal for meetings with family and friends through short arrivals from all directions. Located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, Fladungen is the perfect starting point to all excursion destinations in the Rhön. You can find a well-signposted and well-kept cycling and hiking trails network around Fladungen. On themed hiking trails such as the premium hiking trail 'Museumstour,' Friedensweg, 'Friedensweg,' Cultural Landscapes', get to know the history and nature of the Rhön. On the stretches of the "Balance-Nordic Walking Park" around Fladungen, you can relax and hide everyday life. Supply and shopping in Fladungen: food and beverage market, doctor's and dentist's office, pharmacy, banks, baker, butcher and various retail shops. Within walking distance you can reach the local outdoor swimming pool. The Franconian Freiland Museum with the Museum Railway and the historic old town.
