The orangery of the Domaine du Vignau, a unique place!

The Domaine du Vignau orangery has just been completely renovated and converted into a cottage (15 people/320 m²). The living spaces are on the ground floor where plants, lemon trees and orange trees were once stored. You will enjoy exceptional brightness thanks to the superb glass roof and can meet in a comfortable space of more than 60 m² on the 1st floor. You will have access to a private swimming pool and outdoor spa. Housekeeping, bed linen/towels and heating costs included (October-April The space The orangery has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and toilets and can accommodate 15 people. The living areas - kitchen, dining room and living room - are located on the ground floor and enjoy beautiful light thanks to the large glass roof renovated identically. The integrated and modern kitchen of the gîte is equipped with 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 fridge-freezers and adjoins a back kitchen/laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room, in the continuity of the large dining room, offers all the comforts to relax. Our comfortable space of more than 60 m² on the ground floor will also allow you to meet with family, friends or within your company for seminars and thus share good times. The 1st floor and attic accommodate 6 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms. They each have their own bathroom and toilet. You can also relax in a comfortable residential hammock. And for your comfort, the orangery is equipped with a connected TV, fiber and has its own private pool and an outdoor spa. What happiness! The price includes cleaning fees, linen and bathroom linen rental. Additional heating costs (€50/night) from the beginning of October to the end of April. Guest access The Domaine du Vignau is a magnificent property composed of an 18th century manor house labeled 4 épis Gîtes de France, outbuildings, an orangery, a beautiful park, two private and heated outdoor pools (mid-May to mid-September). All our accommodations are newly renovated. Our central position in France and its accessibility (we are 20 minutes from Limoges and 15 minutes from the A20) make the Domaine du Vignau the ideal place to gather friends or family coming from the 4 corners of France and wishing to spend a pleasant time in a green setting. Ideal also for business seminars. Relaxation and disconnection guaranteed! Shops are within walking distance (400 m) by taking our private driveway lined with ancient trees. It's extremely quiet and you won't be disturbed. We are located in the heart of Limousin in the Monts d'Ambazac, a beautiful region where there are many activities: heritage, hiking, mountain biking, water sports (the lakes are not far away), horseback riding, paragliding... Our area is at the foot of hiking trails and 300 m from a bike park where you can also rent mountain bikes. You will have a number of other amenities that will make your stay as pleasant as possible: spa, sauna, ping pong table, table football, board games. With our partners, we will also offer activities at the Estate (horseback riding for your children, introduction to archery, massages, hiking support). The estate has two swimming pools: one swimming pool assigned to the manor house (10 x 4 m) and another that is attached to the orangery (12 x 4 m). Both are secure, heated and accessible from mid May to mid September.
