The Domaine du Vignau orangery, renovated and converted into a cottage (15 people/320 m²), has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The living spaces on the ground floor offer exceptional light thanks to the superb glass roof that was once used for plants and lemon trees. You can also gather on the ground floor, a comfortable space of 65 sqm. These 2 areas are air-conditioned, and the bedrooms are ventilated. Private pool and outdoor spa. The living room, which is a continuation of the large dining room, offers all the comforts for you to relax. Our comfortable space of more than 65 m² on the ground floor will also allow you to gather with family, friends or within your company for seminars and thus share good times. The 1st floor and the attic house 6 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms. They each have their own bathroom and toilet. You will also be able to relax in a comfortable hammock. And for your comfort, the orangery is equipped with a connected TV, fiber optic internet, and has its own private swimming pool and an outdoor spa. Pure happiness! The price includes the cleaning fee and the rental of household linen and bathroom linen. Heating costs are included from the beginning of October to the end of April. Guest access Domaine du Vignau is a magnificent property composed of an 18th century mansion labeled 4 épis Gîtes de France, outbuildings, an orangery, a beautiful park, two private and heated outdoor pools (mid-May to mid-September). All our accommodations are newly renovated. Our central location in France and its accessibility (we are 20 minutes from Limoges and 15 minutes from the A20) make the Domaine du Vignau the ideal place to gather friends or family coming from all over France who want to have a pleasant time in a green setting. Ideal also for business seminars. Guaranteed relaxation and disconnection! The shops are within walking distance (400 m) via our beautiful private driveway lined with old trees. You will find a butcher shop, a bakery, a tabac/newsstand, a convenience store, a pizza/burger restaurant, a pharmacy, doctors, etc. We are also equipped with two electric charging stations for your vehicles. If necessary, we can also put you in touch with the home chef who regularly works at Le Vignau for family events or seminars. Our estate is 15 min from the A20 highway and 25 min from Limoges, and it is also accessible by train. The town has a train station 1 km from the estate, making it possible to reach Limoges or La Souterraine, two stations served on the Paris-Toulouse line. We are located in the heart of the Limousin in the Monts d'Ambazac, a beautiful region with many activities: heritage, hiking, mountain biking, water sports (the lakes are not far away), horseback riding, paragliding... Our estate is at the foot of hiking trails and 300 m from a bike park where you can also rent mountain bikes. The estate has two swimming pools: one pool for the manor house (10x4m) and another that is attached to the orangery (12x4m). Both are secure, heated, and accessible from mid-May to mid-September.
