Explore, Relax and Rejuvenate at this property, proudly managed by Freycinet Holiday Houses. The space From the moment you step inside, the grand foyer and sweeping staircase create a true sense of arrival. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the home with light and frame the scenery, while wide sliding doors open onto a large deck that makes outdoor living effortless. Whether it’s a relaxed breakfast in the sun, a sunset drink, or simply listening to the quiet, this space invites you to linger. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge form the heart of the home. Prepare local produce in the fully equipped kitchen, share long meals around the dining table, or unwind in the lounge with a glass of wine. The main bedroom on this level offers a private ensuite and balcony, perfect for morning coffee or stargazing, while a convenient powder room adds extra ease. Downstairs provides a second master bedroom with its own ensuite, plus two additional bedrooms that are ideal for children or friends. A games room/sitting area gives everyone space to spread out, while a third bathroom combined with full laundry facilities ensures the home works beautifully for groups of up to ten. With two master bedrooms, everyone enjoys equal comfort and privacy. Air conditioning, heating, smart TVs, WiFi, and thoughtful modern touches make your stay seamless, while evenings in are just as inviting as days spent exploring. Beyond the house, you’re moments from the beach, with a nearby access path leading straight to the shoreline. Freycinet National Park, award-winning wineries, kayaking, fishing, and golf are all close by, offering endless opportunities for adventure. The spacious deck is a true highlight, furnished for relaxation and complete with a barbecue for easy outdoor dining. Practicalities are also covered, with a double carport, ample parking, and space for a boat. More than just a holiday house, Burraneer is a place to slow down, reconnect, and create lasting memories, whether that’s toasting the day on the deck, exploring Tasmania’s wild coastline, or simply enjoying the comfort of the home itself. Guest access When you book this house, you are booking the whole house, it is not a shared arrangement. Other things to note Coles Bay is a 2.5-hour drive from Hobart & 2.5 hour's drive from Launceston (if you drive down the Midland Hwy and across from Campbell town) Please be careful driving at night; as soon as the sun starts going down, the native wildlife starts to come out.
