At street level underneath the house, there is a lovely charity shop, open 6 days a week from 10.00-16.00. During the day Regent street is a pleasant hustle and bustle of shoppers, visiting a variety of shops and the bank next door. At night it is remarkably quiet for a property located in the heart of town. -Please note that due to the central location, there is no designated parking for the property. There is ample space on the street to pull up for up to 30mins for the purpose of unloading/loading. Guests can then utilise the free on street parking on the surrounding roads. Access to public transport is excellent in this area with frequent bus and rail services. -Guests with limited mobility must note that there are a number of steps throughout the property -We kindly ask that guests leave the property in the condition they would hope to find it.
