Ocean Dreams Villa

Ocean Dreams Villa is a stylish, unique, beach villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sets the stage for a memorable trip within steps of the beautiful Duncans Bay Beach (also known as Silver Sands Public Beach) with its sparkling turquoise waters and white silvery sand, the view is simply breathtaking. It's the perfect ambiance to relax in comfort, enjoy the breeze, listen to the birds, nature and let the soothing sound of the ocean waves breaking on the shore calm you and ease your mind. The space The whole villa has been refurbished to a high standard including brand new inverter air conditioning units in all the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans. There are large ceiling fans in the open plan spaces being the as well as three double doors to let the breeze flow through so no a/c is in the open space, but there is a spare floor standing fan for the hotter months being July at the hottest, followed by August. Guests will be renting the "entire" villa. [PLEASE NOTE:***GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF THEIR OWN FOOD.***] Guest access Parking is available for 1 vehicle. You may also park for free on the private road outside of the villa gates on Coral Way. Other things to note In my absence you will be welcomed by my housekeeper Tamara. ALL the staff/team are fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine and will wear masks as required. They will consistently wash their hands (as they always do) and sanitise regularly as they go along. Courtesy of Ocean Dreams Villa "unlimited tea & your 1st packet of coffee" will be provided with milk and sugar for free. We also provide shower gel/body and hand wash so there is no need to purchase this or bring it with you. We kindly ask that you provide the cook of any SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS or FOOD ALLERGIES you or ANYONE in your group may have before she cooks the food that "you" have purchased for your stay - this is very important. PLEASE NOTE:***GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF THEIR OWN FOOD***. My housekeeper can accompany you if you wish to purchase groceries at Champion Supermarket in Falmouth or you may wish to purchase food in Montego Bay at a supermarket (for example Progressive Foods which is 6 minutes drive from the airport enroute) before travelling to Duncans, the choice is yours. As part of the service my housekeeper will cook ALL your breakfast and dinner meals for you (free of charge) whether you want authentic Jamaican or otherwise, she will work it out for you from the food "you've purchased" (NOTE: GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN FOOD PURCHASE). The cook is "free of charge" and part of the service we provide as we want you to relax and not have to worry about the cooking, so let my housekeeper take care of that fof you. If you would like dinner upon arrival, you must request this 1 week before arrival (where you can reimburse my housekeeper for that food shop upon your arrival where she will hand you your receipt (please note market stall vendors do not provide receipts, but the helper will let you know how much the fruit/vegetables came too)). My housekeeper will also tidy and clean the villa daily for you. Staff hours are Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., but are flexible.
