Recently renovated, THE Ridge offers large well-zoned living, sparkling bathrooms (central plus ensuite) and an expansive deck with multiple seating options a BBQ and a stunning view of the Inlet, Split Point Lighthouse, Fairhaven beach and beyond. Upstairs, the open plan well equipped kitchen, dining (seating for 8-10) and lounge room open up to the deck and take in the spectacular views. On this level you'll also find 3 bedrooms (two with Queen Beds and a third with 2 sets of bunks). Downstairs you'll find a fourth master bedroom with Queen Bed plus sparkling ensuite and laundry with washing machine and dryer. A great feature of the property is the separate teenagers' retreat / rumpus room with lounge, TV/DVD, table tennis table, books and games.
