The unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests, the master bedroom offers luxurious king bed overlooking the ocean, wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan and ensuite with toilet and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, gorgeous ocean views and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms also feature access to the beachfront balcony, so you can roll out of bed and head straight down to the surf. The third bedroom also offers a double bed with ceiling fan for year round comfort. Cooking and entertaining is a delight in the beautifully designed kitchen featuring breakfast bar dining table, cooktop and oven, large fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. The air-conditioned, open plan living room is comfortably and tastefully furnished and offers smart TV with Netflix connectivity and Wi-Fi – perfect for relaxing after a big day at the beach. The beachfront balcony spans the length of the apartment and features a private staircase straight down to the beach. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Pacific Breeze is a well-maintained building, located on the absolute beachfront with no roads to cross and is only 1 block from the Palm Beach Surf Club and patrolled section of beach. Linen All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Reminder Linen is provided & beds will be made up for your arrival. Key Collection Access will be available by the key pad at the property. Further details will be provided prior to your arrival. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. The door will self lock when closed as per instructions on your Welcome Letter. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
