The house has rooms on two levels and terraces on three; the entrance level with the pool and the garden, the second level with the the three bedrooms and the third level which is a full roof terrace. There is free high-speed WiFi (internet via fiber) and parking is free on the street. Good food stores are just a few streets away. On the entrance floor you find the spacious living room with dining table for six persons, air conditioning, sofas, TV with Chrome-cast and a traditional fireplace. At this floor is also the modern, fully equipped kitchen, including two fridges. There are three entrances to this floor: the main entrance, the garden terrace entrance and from the pool area. The entrance floor has a guest WC. The pool area has an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a four-chair breakfast table. The garden terrace, paved with rocks, holds a dining table for six people and a barbecue. This is a quiet, cool, and refreshing place in the heat of the summer with trees, plants and flowers. On the second floor you find the three bedrooms, each one with access to a large terrace. All three bedrooms have closets, ceiling fans and air conditioning (cooling/heating). There are two bathrooms at the second level. Both with WC and shower, one with washing machine and dryer. At the terrace on the second-floor you can rest in one of the comfortable chairs with a book enjoying a cup of morning coffee, watch the sea and the mountains or just sit back and smell the flowers of the lemon trees. The third floor is a full roof terrace with a large lounge and lovely 360 view of the sea, the village and the mountains. This is a perfect place for a sunset drink and equally so for a sunrise morning. Guest access The villa is totally for private use. Other things to note There is a gardner, his name is Antonio, who comes twice a week to maintain the plants, clean the terraces and the swimming pool.
