Additionally, you'll find a fish cleaning bench and outdoor shower for added convenience. Laundry and Garage: A laundry and single lockup garage provide practical amenities, with easy access to the yard. You are welcome to bring your own or hire through our agency for extra cost. No smoking inside the property. The property is outside pet friendly only. Any mess, including outdoors, must be wrapped and placed in outside bins Pet bedding must be supplied by guest Do not allow pets on any furniture including in or on beds You agree to pay for any damage, or extra cleaning required resulting from the pet having stayed Please take good care of the property and report any damage or malfunctioning items to us as soon as first noticed so I can take steps to rectify so as to not unnecessarily impact the next guest.
